ACDS partners with the Early Learning Center in Barrington.

The ELC serves at-risk preschool students starting at the age of 3 in the

Barrington 220 School District August - May.

ELC students receive free bus service to and from ACDS through 

Barrington Transportation Company.

2024 - 2025 School Year

​

Students may start their day at ELC and then be bussed to Atonement.  Arrival is usually around 11:00am.  Students are met at the bus and transitioned inside to the age appropriate Full Day classroom for the remainder of morning curriculum and then move into a catered lunch and recess in our full sized gymnasium and our 2 new state of the art playgrounds, followed by rest time and afternoon programming. 

Pick up is before 5:30pm.

For students who attend ELC in the afternoon, students will start their day at ACDS with a 7:30am drop off time and will move through morning curriculum and lunch and then will be escorted to board the bus to ELC around 11:45am. Students may return to Atonement from ELC by bus or go home from ELC.

Both options fee schedule includes the option to attend ACDS when ELC is not in session due to their screening days or other district related closures.

ELC Enrichment/Lunch Bunch Option

​

Students will start their day at ELC and then be bussed to Atonement. Arrival is usually

around 11:00am. Students are met at the bus and transitioned inside to our Enrichment

Program. Students will receive a catered lunch and will have recess in our full sized

gymnasium and our 2 new state of the art playgrounds.  After recess, students will attend

our Enrichment Programming.  For course specifics such as pricing and course
