Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures

Student Drop Off Procedures
Parents, guardians and authorized individuals must park in the lot and escort their child into the building. Please enter through the main school entrance.  Ring the bell and identify yourself and the office can release the doors for your entrance as our perimeter doors remain locked 24/7.  All children must be escorted by a parent/guardian to their classroom for drop off and then sign in using the Procare app. There are QR codes located on all the doors for your convenience. We appreciate your cooperation with signing in and out each day to account for student attendance and safety. 

Full Day & Part Day Student Pick Up Procedures
Parents, guardians and authorized individuals must park in the lot and come into the building for pick up. Please enter through the main school entrance.  Ring the bell and identify yourself and the office can release the doors for your entrance as our perimeter doors remain locked 24/7.
Retrieve your child from their classroom or designated area for pick up and be sure to sign them out using the Procare App. QR codes are located on all doors for your convenience. 
Please note the parking lot does get flow thru traffic so please use caution when walking to and from cars, always holding the hands of your little ones. Please drive slow in our lots and be alert!

Part Day 2's Student Pick Up Procedures
Please pull in to the lot through the Eastern Avenue entrance and enter the pick-up line.  Display your pick-up tag on your dashboard or sun visor in a visible position. Remain in your car and your student will be escorted to your car and placed in your back seat.  If buckling of car seats or other assistance is needed, please pull into a parking space after receiving your child in the car to help with the flow of traffic. 

Enrichment Pick Up Procedures
Please park in the lot in a parking space and exit your vehicle and report to the front door covered area. Your child will be escorted to the front door and will be handed off to you for pick up.  Please be sure to sign your child out using the Procare App. 

Lunch Bunch Pick Up Procedures
