Summer Programming

Please that for students ages two and under, we only accept full time registration.  Summer camp is for students Pre-K 3’s and older who only want to attend certain weeks of summer and have placed their regular enrollment and billing on hold.

Each week is themed and includes fun activities, crafts and adventures.  A summer calendar will be posted each month that includes special treat days, in house field trips and outside water days.

Ages: 3 Years of Age – 3rd Grade

Full Day: 7:30am - 5:30pm                     Half Day: 8:30am - 11:30am

Week 5: June 29th - July 2nd (No Camp July 3rd) Theme: Carnival                              

Week 6: July 6th – July 10th Theme: Camping/Wilderness                              

Week 7: July 13th – July 17th Theme: Rain Forest/ Vacation Bible School                             

Week 8: July 20th  - July 24th Theme: Mad Science                           

Week 9: July 27th – July 31st  Theme: Sports Mania

Summer Camp Rates

Full Day Pre-K: $475/Week

   Full Day Kinder-3rd Grade: $400/Week           

Half Day Pre-K: $375/Week

Half Day Kinder-3rd Grade: $300/Week

 

Please note the following:

- We do not offer summer camp for infants or toddlers. We only offer full time yearly enrollment for this age group.

-All 3-year-olds and up must be potty trained. (Pull ups are ok for nap time only and must be supplied by the camper. Only pull ups that open and close on the sides.)

-Campers must register for the entire week. No discounts for individual days given. 

-All campers should wear gym shoes and socks daily.  They should bring a light sweater for inside and a refillable water bottle every day. Please label all items.

-Campers should bring a swimsuit, towel, water shoes and a plastic bag. We will have water play outside once a week, weather dependent. We will provide a calendar with specific water days.

-Campers will go outside daily,  weather permitting.  Please apply sunscreen before arrival. Full day campers will keep a labeled sunscreen at school.

-Full day campers will receive 2 snacks and a catered lunch.  Half day campers will receive one snack.  A snack and lunch menu are provided in advance. Campers with specific allergies, please discuss with the office prior to attending.

-All campers will need to sign in and out electronically using the Procare app.

-Please do not bring personal items or toys to camp with your camper.  Electronics are not allowed.  ACDS is not responsible for lost or damaged property.

-ACDS provides crib/cot sheets and blankets.  Campers need to supply their own diapers, wipes, and diaper cream if needed.

- Once registered campers may not change enrollment and will be financially responsible for weeks enrolled. Campers may change from half days to full days or add weeks if space is available. Please note there will be a fee to change any enrollment.

- Vacation Bible School:  Students in Pre-Kindergarten Four and older will attend Vacation Bible School, no additional action, registration or payment required.
